No-Cook Peach Jam - CERTO Liquid
- 2-3/4 cups prepared peaches (buy about 1-1/4 lb./565 g ripe peaches)
- 6-1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 pouches Certo Liquid Pectin
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Peel, pit and finely chop peaches.
- Measure exactly 2-3/4 cups prepared peaches into large bowl.
- Add sugar; mix well.
- Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
- (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
- Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
- Cover with lids.
- Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
