Poppy Seed-Turkey Salad
- - oven-roasted turkey breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1-1/4 qt. canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2-1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup red onions, finely chopped
- 2-1/2 qt. Poppy Seed Dressing (recipe follows)
- 2-1/2 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- Combine turkey, water chestnuts, celery and onions in large bowl.
- Add Poppy Seed Dressing; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- For each serving: Spoon 1/2 cup of the turkey salad onto serving plate; sprinkle with 2 tsp.
- almonds.
