Carrot and Basil Salad with Honey Mustard Mayonnaise
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Whole grain mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Honey
- 10 Basil leaves
- Shred the carrots.
- You can use a slicer.
- Lightly sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
- (Enough to allow the carrots to become slightly salty).
- Combine the ingredients.
- When the carrots become tender, mix into the bowl in Step 2, garnish with hand-shredded basil leaves, and serve.
- Transfer to serving dish and serve.
