Spaghetti Casserole(Oven: 350~ For 15 To 20 Minutes. Yields 6 Servings.)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic (may use garlic salt)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, cut in chunks
- 1 (4 oz.) jar olives
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- Brown ground chuck.
- Add next 9 ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Combine meat sauce, spaghetti, chunks of cheese and olives in 3-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in 325u0b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
