Easy Swedish Meatballs Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 3 slices bread in crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can of lowfat milk
- Mix first 4 ingredients together; roll into balls (size your preference).
- Brown in a greased skillet.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Place in 1 1/2 to 2 qt baking dish.
- Mix soup and lowfat milk.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour, depending on size and quantity of meatballs.
- Good idea to stir a time or possibly two to rearrange.
- Gravy great with rice, noodles, or possibly mashed potatoes.
