Roast Apple Pork
- 4 lbs pork roast
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 34 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon sage
- 1 12 cups applesauce
- 12 cup brown sugar
- Preheat ove to 325 degrees.
- Combine ingredients for seasoning.
- Rub over roast
- Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
- Bake fat side up uncovered for1 hour.
- Mix appesauce and brown sugar, spread over roast.
- Roast another hour.
- Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
