Julienne Burdock Beef Roll

  1. Julienne the burdock and keep it in a water with vinegar to remove the harshness.
  2. Julienne the carrot and the Japanese leek and cut the rice cake into rectangles.
  3. Roll the vegetables with beef.
  4. Burdock and other vegetables and rice cake etc and roll.
  5. Pour olive oil in a frying pan and put the katakuriko-coated meat on the pan.
  6. Fry it until browned.
