Bacon Crisps
- 24 whole Waverly Wafers Or Club Crackers
- 24 slices Thin Cut Bacon
- 8 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
- Put a heap of parmesan cheese on top of each cracker.
- Then, take a strip of bacon and wrap it around the cracker.
- This will keep the cheese inside.
- You do not need to secure it with a toothpick because the bacon will stick to itself.
- Line the crackers up on a broiler pan rack, this will keep them from getting soggy as the bacon cooks and drips.
- You do not need to turn them.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.
- Then remove from the oven and leave them on the rack in the pan to drain.
- Eat immediately or layer them in a bag and place them in the freezer for later.
