Bacon Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
  2. Put a heap of parmesan cheese on top of each cracker.
  3. Then, take a strip of bacon and wrap it around the cracker.
  4. This will keep the cheese inside.
  5. You do not need to secure it with a toothpick because the bacon will stick to itself.
  6. Line the crackers up on a broiler pan rack, this will keep them from getting soggy as the bacon cooks and drips.
  7. You do not need to turn them.
  8. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.
  9. Then remove from the oven and leave them on the rack in the pan to drain.
  10. Eat immediately or layer them in a bag and place them in the freezer for later.
