Mackerel,Mushrooms& Papad

  1. Mix all the ingredients for marinating in a large bowl.
  2. Marinate the fish for 4-5 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry the fish each side for 8-10mins
  4. In another pan fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes , add the fish on top close the lid and let it fry for another 5minutes in a low flame (do not burn)
  5. Serve hot with masala papad and chick pea salad :)
