Quick & Easy VELVEETA Cheese Sauce Cheesesteak
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 lb. deli Italian-style beef, thinly sliced
- 1 pouch VELVEETA Cheese Sauce Original
- 4 French bread rolls (6 inch), partially split
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add meat; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1/4 cup cheese sauce; cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve in rolls topped with remaining cheese sauce.
