Fast and Friendly Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with oil and place it in oven while preheating.
  3. Mix turkey, egg, and bead crumbs using your hands.
  4. Form the meat into golf sized meatballs.
  5. Place 1 inch apart in hot baking dish.
  6. Press down to flatten the bottom just slightly.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and cook for 5 more minutes.
  8. They should be somewhat crispy on the outside.
