Strawberry Cream Cheese Waffle Sandwiches

• 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (regular is ok)
• 4 teaspoons brown sugar
• 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 34 cup sliced strawberry
• 8 frozen multi-grain waffles, toasted

1. Using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon at medium speed until light and fluffy.
2. Gently fold in strawberries.
3. Spread even amounts of mixture over 4 waffles.
4. Top with remaining 4 waffles.
