Hoisin Grilled Salmon

  1. Mix all ingredients except salmon.
  2. Roll the salmon in marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill salmon and baste with any remaining marinade.
  4. My salmon took about 5 minutes per side.
  5. But cooking times will vary according to the thickness of the salmon.
