Creamy Vinaigrette

• 14 cup white wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 12 teaspoon sugar
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 18 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 12 cup vegetable oil

1. In a jar with a lid, mix vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
2. Add oils, cover tightly and shake until well blended.
