Spiced Peach

• 1 Peach
• 1/4 cooking white wine
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 1 pecans
• 1/4 praline

1. Cut the peach down the middle and remove seed
2. Cover peach with lime juice
3. Sprinkle the peach with the cinnamon sugar and put to the side
4. Turn your stove on and place the peach cut side down
5. Add praline and pecans
6. When it starts to sizzle add the white wine and more lime Juice
7. Place the peach and sauce in the broiler let it cook until soft
8. Remove and serve over your favorite ice cream...enjoy
