Coconut cakes

  1. Start by making the jelly .
  2. Cut the sponge or the plain cake into pieces.
  3. Prepare a plate with coconuts.
  4. Dip the pieces into the dissolve jelly then in the coconuts .
  5. Let them cool in the fridge for 4 hours.
