Artichokes ala Leah
- 4 artichokes
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 tsp ground fenugreek
- cut artichokes in half-lengthwise
- cut out the choke (spiney part)
- In large pot, cover artichokes with water.
- Add vinegar
- boil for 40 minutes
- For marinade: combine all ingredients
- place streamed artichokes in any marinating container.
- I often just use a ziploc bag.
- Pour marinade over artichokes
- marinate overnight
- Grill artichokes with the flat side facing down-preferably on a bbq.
