South of the Border Dip
- 16 ounces, weight Can Refried Beans
- 3/4 cups Taco Sauce (like Ortega)
- 2 whole Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Mashed
- 8 ounces, weight Carton Sour Cream
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Your Choice)
- 3 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- Tortilla Chips Or Corn Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In deep 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate (or similar baking dish), spread refried beans, taco sauce, avocados, and sour cream in order given (all different layers).
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake until heated through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
- Serve with chips.
