Spinach Salad With Strawberry Vinaigrette

• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons chopped red onions
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 34 teaspoon salt
• 13 cup olive oil
• 34 cup sliced strawberry
• 1 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach
• 1 cup sliced strawberry
• 14 cup diced red onion

1. In work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife, process sugar, vinegar, 2 Tbs.
2. onion, dry mustard and salt.
3. With machine running, slowly pour oil through feed tube, processing until thick.
4. Add 3/4 cup strawberries; process until smooth.
5. Chill several hours or overnight.
6. In large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss with dressing.
7. Serve immediately.
