Barbecued Burgers

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Mix meat, 2 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce, bread crumbs and egg just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  4. Place on rack of broiler pan.
  5. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 min.
  6. on each side.
  7. Brush with half the remaining barbecue sauce; broil 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until burgers are done (160F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
  9. Top with Singles; broil 1 min.
  10. or until melted.
  11. Serve in buns.
