Bihari kebobs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red pepper
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Gram masala
- 1 dash Tumeric
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup Youghart
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 lb Beef thinly sliced
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Rub the paste on meat
- Leave it in fridge for atleast a day
- Leave in room temprature for an hour before cooking
- Fire up your grill
- Put the meat on skewers
- Cook for 10 min each side or until dark red
