Bihari kebobs

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Rub the paste on meat
  3. Leave it in fridge for atleast a day
  4. Leave in room temprature for an hour before cooking
  5. Fire up your grill
  6. Put the meat on skewers
  7. Cook for 10 min each side or until dark red

salt, red pepper, black pepper, masala, tumeric, ginger, garlic, lemon juice
