Bourbon Balls Recipe

  1. Heat chips in top of double boiler, remove from heat and add in corn syrup and bourbon.
  2. Combine vanilla wafers, confectioners' sugar and nuts.
  3. Add in chocolate; mix well.
  4. Set aside 30 min.
  5. Form fold in 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
  6. Store in covered container several days before serving.
