Portuguese Custards Tarts
- 1kg frozen puff pastry sheets, defrosted
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup cream
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoon caster sugar, extra
- Cut pastry into 7cm circles.
- Ease pastry into 40 x 20ml (1 tablespoon) capacity non stick patty pans.
- Beat Philly* until smooth, mix through cream, eggs and vanilla until just combined.
- Pour into pastry shells.
- Sprinkle with extra caster sugar.
- Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until sugar has browned.
