Portuguese Custards Tarts

  1. Cut pastry into 7cm circles.
  2. Ease pastry into 40 x 20ml (1 tablespoon) capacity non stick patty pans.
  3. Beat Philly* until smooth, mix through cream, eggs and vanilla until just combined.
  4. Pour into pastry shells.
  5. Sprinkle with extra caster sugar.
  6. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until sugar has browned.
