Red Eye Tortilla Soup

  1. Place first 4 ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, crumble tortilla chips between 8 serving bowls.
  3. Place chicken on top of tortilla chips.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Ladle hot soup over all and serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with sour cream if desired.
