Red, White & Blue Nachos

  1. Serves 2-4 depending on how many you want to eat
  2. Combine sour cream and salsa verde to make the sauce.
  3. Layer as follows (or however you like): 1/2 of the chips, drizzled with 1/2 of the sauce 1/2 of the cheeses 1/2 of the chicken 1/2 of the onions Repeat
  4. Heat in a 425 degree oven until cheese is melted and everything is heated through, about 10 minutes.
  5. I like to broil it for the last few minutes.
  6. Top with salsa and sour cream if desired, and serve.
