Braised Green Peppers
- 3~4 green peppers (seed and cut into 4~6 equal parts)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Sauce: (*mix in advance)
- 1 Tbsp * sake
- 1 Tbsp * mirin
- 1/2 Tbsp * soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp * dashi (water + dashi powder is also OK)
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.
- Pour the sauce, simmer until slightly softened but still crisp (for about 2~3 mins.)
- Top with dried bonito flakes.
