Braised Green Peppers

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.
  2. Pour the sauce, simmer until slightly softened but still crisp (for about 2~3 mins.)
  3. Top with dried bonito flakes.
