California Fig Coconut Balls Recipe

  1. Steam figs.
  2. With scissors, clip off stems, and grind or possibly chop fine.
  3. Grind coconut and nut meats, then combine all ingredients and work to a paste.
  4. Add in more lemon juice if necessary.
  5. Shape mix into little balls about 3/4 inch in diameter, and roll in finely minced coconut.
