Cocoa Minted Coffee Mix
- 1 12 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup instant coffee granules
- 12 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 dash salt
- 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Combine ingredients.
- I like to use my processor for this, drizzling in the peppermint extract over all the other ingredients while the motor is running.
- However, ingredients can be mixed together by hand.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Directions for use: Use 2 to 3 tablespoons per mug of boiling water.
