Chicken Dumpling Soup Recipe

  1. Cook chicken.
  2. Debone and put in soup after dumplings are boiling.
  3. To make dumpling, beat 10 Large eggs for 5 min.
  4. Add in sufficient flour to make a very stiff batter.
  5. When stock is boiling, cut dumplings off side of bowl with back of spoon into very small pcs.
  6. Boil 10 min with cover on.
