Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

  1. Mix Large eggs, baking soda, pumpkin and vanilla.
  2. Put rest of ingredients in separate bowl.
  3. Add in dry ingredients to other (little at a time).
  4. Beat on low speed with mixer.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  6. Makes 12.
