Cheesy Turkey Egg Bake for a Morning Crowd
- 18 slices white bread (about 20-oz. loaf), cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 3 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1/3 cup chopped Vidalia onions Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 350F
- Layer half each of the bread, peppers and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with broccoli, turkey and onions.
- Repeat layers of bread, peppers and cheese.
- Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended.
- Add milk and butter; mix well.
- Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
- Bake 50 min.
- to 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before cutting to serve.
