Better-For-You Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese
- 1 small onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups canned no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 can (398 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 330 g whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add meat; cook on medium-high heat 10 min.
- or until browned, stirring frequently.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasoning.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Remove sauce from heat.
- Add cream cheese product; stir until completely melted.
- Drain spaghetti; place on platter.
- Top with sauce and Parmesan.
