Bok choy, onion and carrots

  1. Wash your bok choy really well, look them over especially if using organic.
  2. Cut the bottoms off.
  3. You can grow your own bok choy from this.
  4. Heat oil very hot.
  5. Add carrots fry 7 minutes
  6. Add onion.
  7. Add bok choy, garlic, ginger, and salt.
  8. Stirring occasionally.
  9. The bok chow will wilt.
  10. Cook till bok choy stems are tender but still a little crunch.
