Diamond Walnut Raspberry Brownies Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate with shortening over hot water; cold slightly.
  2. Blend together Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt; stir in chocolate mix, then flour.
  3. Mix in walnuts.
  4. Turn into well-greased 8 inch square pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 min.
  6. Spoon jam over warm brownies; spread carefully; let cold.
  7. Spread Velvet Chocolate Glaze over brownies and top with chocolate-dipped walnuts, if you like.
  8. Cut into 12 delicious bars.
