Pork Loin (or Turkey) Crostini with Green Apple, Mango Chutney, and Brie

  1. Preheat the broiler to medium.
  2. Spread a thin layer of chutney on the baguette slices and arrange on a cookie sheet.
  3. Top each piece with 2 slices of apple and 2 slices of meat.
  4. Top each with a piece of brie.
  5. Broil until the brie has melted the bread starts to toast.
  6. Be careful to not let it burn.
