SEVEN SEAS Simply Marinade
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT VIVA Italian Dressing, divided*
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb. sliced fresh vegetables (such as eggplant, red peppers, yellow peppers or green peppers) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over chicken; cover.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over vegetables in separate dish; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain; discard dressing.
- Place chicken and vegetables on greased grill over medium coals or on rack of broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from heat.
- Grill or broil 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, turning and brushing with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
