Blue Cheese And Walnut Salad Recipe

  1. Whisk together red wine vinegar, coarse grain mustard, sugar, virgin extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste and blend thoroughly for dressing.
  2. Wash, dry thoroughly and tear lettuce.
  3. Arrange on 4 salad plates and crumble blue cheese proportionately over each portion.
  4. Sprinkle with coarsely minced walnuts.
  5. Drizzle approximately 1 Tbsp.
  6. vinaigrette dressing over each serving.
  7. Serves 4.
