• Bottle of Mezcal
• Pomegranate Juice
• Zest from a key lime
• Orange juice (squeezed, not from concentrate) (optional)

1. Take 4oz.
2. of Mezcal (more or less depending on your... lets call it sophistication) and pour into a martini glass, fill mostly full with pomegranate juice and add a splash of orange juice, which is completely optional.
3. Take the glass and empty it out into a shaker with ice and shake.
4. Pour into a chilled martini glass and add the lime zest.
5. You should be able to see the oils from the zest spread over the drink
