Hummus Tuna Bagels
- 1 (5-ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons garlic-flavored hummus (no more than 1.5 g of fat per tablespoon)
- 2 whole-wheat mini bagels, halved and toasted (I used Thomas)
- 4 very thin slices of red onion
- In a small bowl, mix the tuna and hummus until well combined.
- Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the 4 bagel halves.
- Top each with 1 red onion slice.
- Serve immediately.
