Off the Tree Blueberry-Banana Muffins

  1. Stir Bisquick, oats, sugar, bananas, milk and eggs in large bowl until moistened.
  2. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  3. Gently stir in blueberries.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into Wilton Perfect Results 12 Cavity Bar Pan.
  5. Tip: I use regular cupcake liners lightly sprayed with olive oil in the bottom pans to keep cleaning to a minimum.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from muffin tin and place top side up on wire rack.
