Peach Melba Sangria
- 3 (750 ml) bottles rose wine
- 1 cup peach brandy
- 12 cup Chambord raspberry liquor
- 1 liter carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 pint fresh raspberry
- Slice the peaches and place them in a one gallon pitcher.
- Add the rose wine.
- Add the peach brandy.
- Add the Chambord.
- Add the raspberries.
- Stir and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours to let the flavors meld, and the alcohol mellow.
- Just before serving add the lemon-lime soda.
- Pour and serve over ice.
