Shrimp with Tomato & Feta

  1. Cook and stir onion in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 min.
  2. Add tomatoes, wine and oregano; mix well.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.
  4. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add shrimp.
  6. Cook 3 min.
  7. or until shrimp are pink, stirring frequently.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 1 min.
  9. Stir in parsley.
  10. Serve over rice.
