Ham Pot Pie
- 2 cups cooked cubed ham
- 2 cups prepared peppered gravy
- 1 (12 ounce) cancreamed corn
- 1 (12 ounce) can green beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can carrots
- 1 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Directions (pie crust).
- sift flour and salt together.
- cut in shortening with pastry cutter until it is a coarse meal.
- add water until dough forms a loose ball.
- turn out dough onto a floured surface.
- knead dough and roll out.
- Directions (filling).
- cube ham.
- prepare gravy as instructed.
- add creamed corn and other vegetables to gravy.
- add ham
- cool on low for about 10 minutes.
- fill pie crust.
- top with other pie crust.
- bake uncovered on 350 for 30 t0 45 minutes.
