Warm Herbed Olives
- 14 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup kalamata olive, drained
- In a small saucepan, combine oil, garlic and thyme.
- Cook over low until garlic is fragrant, 2-3 minutes.
- Add olives and continue cooking until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
