Egg, Hard Boiled with Toast
- 4 large eggs, hard boiled
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1/4 cup jam, jelly or preserves
- 2 grapefruits
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf
- Serve each person 1 egg and 2 slices toast.
- Spread each toast slice with 1/2 tsp.
- each margarine and jelly.
- Enjoy 1/2 grapefruit on the side of each meal.
- Complement each breakfast with an 8 fl oz glass of coffee.
