Homemade Tahini Paste

  1. Toast the unhulled sesame and black sesame seeds in a large pan over medium heat until golden, stirring occasionally (about 3 minutes).
  2. Grind toasted seeds with an immersion blender or food processor.
  3. Gradually add oil, starting with 4 tablespoons and adding more as needed until you like the consistency.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Note: You can transfer it to a jar and store for up to 3 months in the fridge.
