Homemade Tahini Paste
- 1 cup Unhulled Sesame Seeds (or Any Other Kind)
- 1/4 cups Black Sesame Seeds
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or More As Needed
- Salt
- Toast the unhulled sesame and black sesame seeds in a large pan over medium heat until golden, stirring occasionally (about 3 minutes).
- Grind toasted seeds with an immersion blender or food processor.
- Gradually add oil, starting with 4 tablespoons and adding more as needed until you like the consistency.
- Season with salt.
- Enjoy!
- Note: You can transfer it to a jar and store for up to 3 months in the fridge.
