Pineapple Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving 6 tablespoons of the juice and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour.
  4. Gradually stir in cheese.
  5. Add pineapple and stir well.
  6. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  7. Combine cracker crumbs, butter, and pineapple juice and spread on top of pineapple mix.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
