Mustard-breaded Turkey Breast
- 4 whole Turkey Breast, Very Thin
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Whole Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
- Salt To Taste
- Preheat oven to 350 F (160 C).
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and Dijon mustard and salt (to taste).
- Dip the meat into the yogurt mixture, coating all sides.
- Then dip into the Panko crumbs.
- Be generous!
- Put on a baking dish.
- Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (or until the meat is properly cooked).
- You could use traditional breadcrumbs instead.
- The Panko crumbs (found in the Asian section of supermarket) are flakier than regular breadcrumbs.
