Dianne's Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 2 sticks (1 c.) softened butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. (12 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- In a bowl with an electric mixer cream the butter; add in the sugars and beat till light and fluffy.
- Beat in the Large eggs and vanilla.
- Sift together the dry ingredients and add in gradually to the butter mix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Foil line the baking sheets and drop Tbsp.
- of batter 1 1/2-inches apart onto the sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 min at 325 degrees till brown at edges.
- Let cookies cold on the sheets for 1 minute before lifting them off.
- Makes 28 cookies.
