Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

• 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
• 1/4 c. Blue cheese
• 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2 tbsp. sherry
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Blend.
2. Very good served with apple slices.
